Terms and Conditions for Promotional Silver Offer

Promotion Overview:

This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is conducted by Premier Gold Co., herein referred to as “The Company”. The Promotion offers up to $15,000 in free silver to customers who meet the qualifying criteria as set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

Qualification Criteria:

The amount of free silver a customer is eligible to receive is directly proportionate to their purchase amount with The Company.
This Promotion is applicable to purchases of precious metals and individual retirement account (IRA) investments.

The specific tiers of purchase amounts and the corresponding amount of free silver will be clearly outlined in the promotional materials.

Eligibility:

This Promotion is open to all customers of The Company who are legal residents of their respective countries and are of legal age to enter into a contract.

Employees of The Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Indemnification:

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Premier Gold Co and its affiliates, directors, officers, executives, employees, and shareholders from and against any and all costs, damages, expenses, liabilities and obligations, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, that you may incur as a result of, or in connection with, (a) any breach of any representation or warranty made by you to Premier Gold Co, or (b) your failure to comply with this User Agreement, the Order Terms and Conditions, or the other policies adopted by Premier Gold Co.

Promotion Period:

The Promotion begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date], subject to availability and while supplies last.

Redemption:

Eligible customers will receive the free silver upon the completion of their qualifying purchase.

The free silver cannot be exchanged for cash or other items and is non-transferable.

Limitations:

The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Liability:

The Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance with respect to the Promotion.

Agreement to Terms:

By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of The Company, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
